Founded in 1997,Alis Armazenamento, Transporte, Logística e Serviços Ltda. is a limited liability company envisioned by its executive director and owner, Mr. Fernando Franchini. The company was born out of a significant dream: to meet the needs of a vehicle manufacturer in São Bernardo do Campo, which sought to outsource its vehicle inventory management from the production line to dealership delivery. This pioneering project marked the beginning of the company’s journey, which has since expanded its services to better serve its clients.
In 2005, Alis acquired its first dedicated yard, covering approximately 139,934.10 m², to enhance its storage and distribution operations. In 2022, the company added a second yard in the same region, spanning 120,000 m², increasing its operational and storage capacity to 4,500 truck vehicles. By June 2024, Alis further expanded its operations with the acquisition of a third yard, measuring 130,000 m², bringing its total storage capacity to 7,000 truck vehicles.
After the passing of its founder, Mr. Fernando Franchini, in 2022, his daughter, Martina Franchini, took on the role of executive director. Martina has since led Alis with dedication, maintaining the legacy of quality and excellence while continuously investing in new technologies, process improvements, and team development.
